Pecan Manor Bed & Breakfast amenities include:

    • Graciously landscaped lawns with 10 magnificent century-old pecan trees. Lawns are perfect for badminton or croquet. Large enough for garden parties, we can arrange for catering and any needed furniture.
    • The balcony, porch, porch swing, hammock, and purposefully placed rocking chairs are exactly what you can imagine the families of 1905 used in their everyday lives. They are worth making the time to stop by and enjoy.
    • Professionally managed pool with outdoor eating and lounging area. A great place for breakfast, or a late night brandy before bed.
    • Central air conditioning – really important much of the year
    • Game area – with a collection of board games and jigsaw puzzles the large second floor landing is a natural space for a game table with room to play.  For corporate retreats, the landing is perfect for breakout sessions
    • Library – your host at Pecan Manor is a retired professor of interior design and has a substantial collection of books on art, creativity, architecture, humor, Texas, travel and . . . . well, assorted interests. An easy chair encourages lingering, or you are welcome to take a few books and retreat to your room. Books are best when read.
    • Family antiques and artifacts, together with many newly acquired treasures from Texas, Arizona, Arkansas, and Oklahoma now have a place to call home. Pecan Manor Bed & Breakfast has many faces: retreat, museum, meeting house, and home.
